Services
Your French obligations, held in one place.
Accounting, tax, payroll, setting up and an address: six fields that interlock. Looked after by a firm that works on both sides of the border.
Overview
Six fields. One point of contact.
A foreign company setting up in France meets a system that differs from its own in almost every detail: its own chart of accounts, its own deadlines, its own audit practice. The rules are no heavier than anywhere else. They are different, and they forgive little.
The costly friction rarely arises in the accounts themselves. It arises at their edges. A VAT registration has to exist before the first taxable transaction. A site can give rise to a fixed establishment after a few months, without anyone having declared it. And the branch collective agreement is settled at the point of hiring, not at the first audit.
We cover these fields in one place: from setting up to accounting, from tax advisory to payroll, with the registered office and cross-border advisory for the questions that do not fit inside one country.
Arriving in France
Before the first euro of turnover: the form, the registration, the address.
Setting up in France
Subsidiary, branch or a plain VAT registration: choosing the form that holds for tax, completing the formalities and starting with procedures that carry, rather than repairing them later.
See the serviceRegistered office
A registered address in France that stands up to the register, the authorities and business partners, with the official mail followed, and without a commercial lease.
See the serviceThe recurring month
What comes round every month: the entries, the returns and the payslips, on time and ready for an audit.
Accounting
Books kept under the “Plan comptable général”, annual accounts, the “liasse fiscale” and reporting packages that carry straight on at head office.
See the serviceTax advisory
VAT, corporate income tax, local business taxes and deadlines, with the assessments checked and the correspondence with the French authorities handled.
See the servicePayroll and HR
Payslips, the “DSN” filing and contributions, from the first hire through to postings, with the branch agreement documented rather than guessed.
See the serviceWhen the question outgrows one country
A decision to take, or an audit on its way.
