The companies above share neither size nor trade. What they share is a French company with obligations of its own: books kept to the French chart of accounts, annual accounts, VAT, payroll and the deadlines attached to them. Those obligations belong to the company itself, whoever holds the shares.
For most, a second reader comes on top: a head office expecting the same figures in its own framework. We produce both from the same set of books — the French accounts that hold up here, and the reporting the parent can read.
What drives the workload is therefore rarely the sector. An energy subsidiary and a chain of gyms run into the same places.
