Careers
French books, questions from head office.
In Paris the work follows French law. What sets the day apart from a purely French practice is the other side of the table: a parent company in Germany that reads the same figures differently.
Why FRADECO
One legal system, two business cultures.
FRADECO SAS is based in Paris and looks after French companies. The work here is French bookkeeping, French payroll and the French authorities.
The difference from a purely French practice sits opposite you. The parent company is in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. It expects a reporting package on its own closing date, and it asks in German why one line does not match the consolidated accounts.
The roles advertised here belong to the French company. The German sister firm near Bonn has its own team.
So we look for people who are at home in French law and want to work with German-speaking counterparts. We work in French, German and English, not all three from day one.
Areas
Where the work actually happens.
Every client file has a named contact. The person who keeps the books knows the business, and it is the same person who answers the phone. That holds for every area:
- Bookkeeping: day-to-day accounts under the French chart of accounts (“Plan Comptable Général”), in our system or in the client’s ERP.
- Payroll and HR: payslips, the monthly combined return (“DSN”), URSSAF filings, postings and “A1” certificates.
- Annual accounts: balance sheet, profit and loss account and the tax return package (“liasse fiscale”), plus the reporting head office expects.
- Tax advice: VAT, corporate income tax, electronic invoicing, support during tax audits.
Right nowNo position is currently advertised. We still read every speculative application and reply to it, even when there is nothing to fill. A role here rarely starts with an advertisement; more often it starts because the right person got in touch.

A CV is enough to start with; a covering letter is welcome but not a condition. Fields marked with * are required.
Just asking for now?
Talking is easier than applying.
